Our Mission

Dr. and Mrs. Hamm“To help train pastors and leaders in the cause of Christ, to equip them with knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures and Missio Dei (Mission of God), with a global vision for effective service in the local church, communities, and the world.”

Why Are We Focused On Training Leaders Around The World?

Please read these quotes from three of my students from different countries in Southern Africa and you will discover why.

WinileWinile, a school teacher and worship leader from Swaziland said, “In my culture, many Christians are still bound in deep ancestral traditions of worshipping the dead. They say the dead are always watching us and it is believed that they speak from the grave. The popular belief is that it is God who gives power to the dead to speak to one's life and provides guidance for us. It is mandatory to occasionally appease the dead by slaughtering bulls and bathing in the blood. Now I feel the church in my country should directly confront these issues with correct biblical doctrine and a clear proclamation of the love and salvation of Jesus Christ.

NelioNelio, a language teacher and former church planter from Mozambique said, “My people still make sacrifice for their sins because they believe they are priest of God. My mother would take us to church and they would kill chickens, goats, and doves and take their blood and pour it on us so that our ancestor’s sins would be forgiven. We are told to consider ourselves lucky because he were part of the kingdom. Our Christian leaders and churches really need to be trained in correct Bible doctrine.

CharmaineCharmaine, originally of Namibia ministers to orphans and abused children in South Africa she stated, “Half of the population of Africa is under the age of 14…over 400 million children. Children are the largest unreached people group in the world. Can you believe that most churches in Africa who do not believe that children can be saved. They neglect the spiritual needs of children, believing that the time to reach a child is when they is old enough to understand the gospel. Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these' (Matt. 19:14), and ‘Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me, but the one who sent me” (Mark 9:37). Charmaine’s declares her mandate, is to advancement of the Kingdom of God by evangelizing the children, and training others to do so also.
